Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Sweet Potatoes
- Garlic
- Spring onions
- Cumin/coriander powder
- Red Chilli
- Salt to taste
Method:
- in a food processor mix chickpeas and sweet potatoes
- add spring onions, cumin/coriander powder, chilli, salt and mix well
- with little oil on hands make burger shape
- bake at 200’c for about 20 mins or until burger turn crispy

Notes:
- This salad tastes great on its own or in a sandwich or wrap or with pitta
- add some greek yogurt and chilli sauce to serve
