Hello all, welcome to my blog… Simple Yet Delicious! I’m Param Kaur. I am passionate about cooking and eating healthy food. I like simple flavours, but not boring in any way and like cooking without too much fuss. I like to cook simple food, which is healthy and easy to cook. I will be sharing recipes, food and ingredients that has helped me to achieve that.

In my blog you will find lots of recipes from daily meals ideas to special sweet treats, which will be easy to follow and delicious at the same time. Recipes in the blog are “healthier versions” of traditional recipes, my version ofcourse….hehe and you will also find lots of my own creations. I am married and mum of two handsome boys, I work in IT so like every mum I have busy life, that’s why I prefer simple and easy recipes to keep us on healthier track without losing my mind.
