In this recipe I have used Jaggery, an indian product, it contains more nutrients than refined sugar because of its molasses content, which is very nutritious. Jaggery is easily available from any supermarkets in UK. You can use maple syrup if you are not keen on jaggery.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame seeds (1 tbsp for mix and 1 tbsp for later)
- 4 tbsp Roasted Cashew, crushed
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- 2 tbsp Crunchy Peanut butter
Method:
- In a pan heat put jaggery on low flame with little water, until it turns little thick
- add crushed cashews, peanut butter and sesame and mix well
- make small golf size balls and roll them over roasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
Notes:
- you can add any other dry fruit of your choice, these are quite versatile, make them as you like
