I like to experiment with Oats, and its so versatile so why not! if you are not keen on regular burger buns, you can give this a go. They are much more healthier and lighter.
Let me know whats your thoughts if you give it a go.
Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 4 tbsp fat free yogurt
- half a onion
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- salt to taste
Method:
- Mix Oats and yogurt, leave it for 2-3 hrs
- add onions, coriander, salt and mix well
- spray little oil on pan, spread the batter on pan like pancake, cook on low heat with lid on for 5 mins, then turn and cook for another 5 mins without lid
Notes
- you spice it up with chilli
- great to have it as a burger, or with salad. great on its on as a snack too.
