A healthy bowl of cereal to start your day. Oats cooked in half coconut milk and semi skimmed with cardamom, cinnamon, cashews, pistachio and raisins. Bursting with flavours, very delicious indeed.

Ingredients:
- 40g Rolled Oats
- 100ml coconut milk
- 100ml semi skimmed
- 1 tsp cardamon powder or 2 cardamon pods
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- cashew, pistachio, raisins
- 1 banana
- honey to serve
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a pan apart from banana and honey
- let the mixture boil, then turn down the heat and cook until oats are done, takes about 10mins
- add mashed banana and cook for 2 mins.
- take it off the heat, pour in a bowl and honey
- and enjoy x
Notes:
- you can also cook it in microwave
- or add sugar/sweetner instead of banana/honey or have a mix all
