What if you want cake for breakfast but still want it to be healthy how about carrot cake oats.
Recipe for 1:
Ingredients:
- 50g oats
- half a carrot grated
- 200 ml coconut milk (or mix semi skimmed )
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp biscoff spread
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice
Method:
- Put first 4 ingredients in a pan to cook on medium heat, until oats are done
- add biscoff and grapefruit juice in the end
- serve it with honey
Notes:
- you can also make it in the microwave
- can swap grapefruit with orange juice
- even add sugar if need more sweetness
