Oats Banana Pancakes

Sunday is a pancakes day in our house, I decided to make this for myself, so made a healthier version. Believe me it was yummmmy and very healthy….lost of fruit on the top blueberries and raspberries and juice of blueberries and raspberries made it even tastier. Check out the recipe below.

Makes 2-3 pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp oats flour
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of baking powder and salt
  • Cooked on a pan as usual pancake
