Ingredients:
- 2 meringue nests, roughly crushed
- 2×160 g fat free no added sugar strawberry yogurt
- 70 g strawberries
- 50 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
- Line a small loaf tin, with hanging some over the sides to cover the top
- Mix in a bowl, yoghurt, berries and meringue and lemon juice
- Put it in tin, cover with sling film and leave it in freezer for 3-4 hours
- leave it out for 5 mins before serving.
- serve with berries on the top.
