Frozen berry eaton mess

Ingredients:

  • 2 meringue nests, roughly crushed
  • 2×160 g fat free no added sugar strawberry yogurt
  • 70 g strawberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

  • Line a small loaf tin, with hanging some over the sides to cover the top
  • Mix in a bowl, yoghurt, berries and meringue and lemon juice
  • Put it in tin, cover with sling film and leave it in freezer for 3-4 hours
  • leave it out for 5 mins before serving.
  • serve with berries on the top.
