
What to do when you have lots of leftover food in your fridge, well this is my all time favourite thing to do, make a flat bread or paranthas as we call them.
I had left over vegs, chicken and some dhal only little amount wasn’t enough for a meal so I mixed them in food processor added salt, wholewheat flour and cornmeal flour, kneaded it until it has come together. I used parchment paper to make it in round shapes then cook them on low heat on a pan with little oil.
They are little crispy but still soft inside. They are delicious on there own, but are also perfect with yogurt or pickle too.
