A perfect mid week treat to drag myself to the weekend…lol
Ingredients: Pistachios, coconut, almond flour, peanut butter, tahini paste, pumpkin seeds, chocolate to cover(optional)
Ingredients:
- hand full of pistachios and pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp desicated coconut
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp peanut butter and tahini each
- 1tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- dark chocolate chips and some dark chocolate to cover optional.
Method:
- whiz pumpkin seeds, pistachios and coconut in a food processor
- add peanut butter, tahini, almond flour, maple syrup(optional)
- make small balls
- dip them in melted chocolate if you prefer and enjoy
