Protein Power Balls

Protein Power balls: all natural plant based ingredients, packed with protein, healthy and delicious. can be sugar free.
A perfect mid week treat to drag myself to the weekend…lol

Ingredients: Pistachios, coconut, almond flour, peanut butter, tahini paste, pumpkin seeds, chocolate to cover(optional)

Ingredients:

  • hand full of pistachios and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp desicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter and tahini each
  • 1tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • dark chocolate chips and some dark chocolate to cover optional.

Method:

  • whiz pumpkin seeds, pistachios and coconut in a food processor
  • add peanut butter, tahini, almond flour, maple syrup(optional)
  • make small balls
  • dip them in melted chocolate if you prefer and enjoy
