Sandwich with layers of green chutney, tamarind chutney, onions, tomatoes, potatoes and cheese, hows that sounds, please let me know below.
Ingredients:
- 3 Wholemeal bread slices
- ▪️2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- ▪️1 tomatoes sliced
- ▪️half of red onion
- ▪️tamarind sauce
- Green chutney
- ▪️1 cup coriander
- ▪️1/4 cup fresh mint
- ▪️half a inch of ginger
Method:
- for green chutney, blend together coriander, mint, ginger and salt
- ▪️mix mashed potatoes, with salt, chat masala
- ▪️for layering take one slice of bread, spread green chutney, then layer of onion and tomatoes, then layer of potatoes, then cheese, put another layer of bread and repeat
- ▪️toast the sandwich on a pan with little butter or fry light
