Tandoori Chicken Pizza

This is also a quick and easy recipe. Also a different way to eat chicken breast. Chicken stays tender and moist, as you need for chicken breast. Chicken breast is great source of protein and has less fat so perfect for if you are watching your scales šŸ˜›.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 30 g cheese of your choice
  • Chopped up vegs of your choice

Method:

  • Slit the breast in half long way, opens up like a butterfly
  • Coat chicken with tandoori masala and lemon juice, leave it to marinated if you have time
  • Add salt to chicken before cooking, Heat up the air fryer at 180’ c, cook chicken for 8-10 mins until just done
  • Then top it up with cheese and vegs of your choice. I also added some chopped green chillies for some heat
  • Bake for another 5 mins
