It’s easy, simple and flavourful, only few ingredients to make. As all my recipes I like to keep my food simple fuss free, I like the simplicity of food and flavours. These will keep well in fridge for few days and freezer friendly. I have made a big batch and froze some for the days I will struggle to cook.

These burgers are made with lean beef mince, I believe beef is strong in taste so only need few things to make into burgers. Also it’s gluten free and egg free. The recipe will work well with lamb or chicken mince too. Or even vegetarian mince however will need eggs to bind it.

Great as a lunch or dinner time, with salad, pitta or bun. Layer with mayo, red onions, chopped chillies if you like, good in every way.
Ingredients: makes 4
- 250g of lean beef mince or any mince of your choice
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2-3 green chillis finely chopped, more if your prefer even hotter
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, I prefer to mince onion, coriander , chilli and ginger in a food processor it’s quicker
- Once everything is mix well, shape them in burger
- I baked mine in air fryer for 10-15 mins on 180’c
- Enjoy with salad, pitta or buns x
