Quick Masala Chicken

Flavourful, spicy quick recipe for chicken, only need couple of things from your cupboard and ready in no time. It’s so easy and simple, there is no excuse not to try it lol

A quick lunch or dinner option when you have less time. Also it’s nice to have some variation to the chicken breast as it can get boring eating in same way.

Would be nice on its own or with salad, pitta or in a bun. Or may be pair with chopped green chillis and red onions for some crunch. I had some fat free Greek yogurt over it instead of any sauces but you can choose mayo or salad dressing with it.

Ingredients: (serve one)

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chicken tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp chicken curry masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Slice chicken breast in chunks or slices
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well, leave it for 30 mins or cook straight away
  • I used air fryer 180’c for 12-15 mins
