This is kind of a leftover things put together to make another yummy meal, it’s amazing when you can pull off another dish out of left overs. I don’t like wasting food, I like to make use of everything I have.

I had some boiled noodles and sweet potatoes in fridge which I combined together to make these patties. It hardly took any time to prepare and cook. And it was delicious, healthy and quick, just the way I like it.
You can have these on it’s own as a starter or with salad but I went an extra length to add yogurt, and topped with more chillis, tomatoes and onions, make it more like a chaat. You could also add some sauces like chilli, ketchup or tamarind sauce for tanginess.

Ingredients: (makes 2)
- One nest of noodles, cooked
- 2 small or 1 big sweet potatoes, cooked and cooled
- 1 red onion
- 2 green chillis
- Hand full of coariander
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Yogurt, chopped onion and tomatoes to serve

Method:
- In food processor, add all the ingredients and blitz until mix well
- Shape like burgers
- Spray little oil on a heated pan, cook both sides for about 3 mins
- Serve on top of salad, with yogurt, more chillis, onion and tomatoes
