How about having a tea time treat, that is ready in no time, no eggs, all plant based, no baking, and no dairy, sound super doesn’t it. Well it is great, a treat that is tasty yet healthy and plant based. They are small so, been picking them all day long coming in and out of the kitchen…lol, and I didn’t make many, intentionally as I don’t want to overindulge.

I like to have dark chocolate over milk chocolate as I like the bitterness and less sweetness of dark chocolate. These bites are not very sweet either, but if you like you can add powder sugar to make it little more sweet. I have used crunchy peanut butter on top, just because that’s what I had. But smooth peanut butter or any other nut butter will go well too.

Ingredients: (makes 4)
- For base
- 35 g oats flour
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp powder sugar (optional)
- 5 tbsp maple/agave syrup
- For top
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 maple syrup
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients of base in a bowl
- Mix top mix of peanut and maple syrup
- Shape them like cookie, make a thumb print on them, add peanut mix
- Enjoy x
