A slow cooker recipe, simple, easy and vegetarian. Soya is one of my favourite protein source in vegetarian option. Its ready it no time and delicious in many ways.
This is a cheat recipe, no peeling and no cutting just opening cans and packets..lol can’t getting easier than that.


Lots of things can be done with soya, that’s why I like to include in my meals. This is easy recipe all in one pot leave it to cook and it’s ready. If you want to make it in a curry you can do so as well, just follow one of my curry recipes.
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 100g Soya mince
- 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 200g passata
- 1 tbsp onion granuals
- 1 tsp garlic granuals
- 1 red pepper
- 2-3 green or red chillis
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Put everything in slow cooker set it on med and cook for 4-5 hrs
- Or in a pan on low heat with lid on for about 20-30mins
- Enjoy with bread or quinoa
