Soya Chilli

A slow cooker recipe, simple, easy and vegetarian. Soya is one of my favourite protein source in vegetarian option. Its ready it no time and delicious in many ways.

This is a cheat recipe, no peeling and no cutting just opening cans and packets..lol can’t getting easier than that.

Lots of things can be done with soya, that’s why I like to include in my meals. This is easy recipe all in one pot leave it to cook and it’s ready. If you want to make it in a curry you can do so as well, just follow one of my curry recipes.

Ingredients: (2 servings)

  • 100g Soya mince
  • 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 200g passata
  • 1 tbsp onion granuals
  • 1 tsp garlic granuals
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2-3 green or red chillis
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Put everything in slow cooker set it on med and cook for 4-5 hrs
  • Or in a pan on low heat with lid on for about 20-30mins
  • Enjoy with bread or quinoa
