Protein based pancakes, perfect start of the day, and if i say it has no added sugar, even more appealing right. These are very light and delicious
Ingredients: (makes 5-6)
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 4 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- Pinch of baking powder
- Chocolate to serve, optional
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Heat a pan, spray some cooking oil, pour over the batter about 2 tbsp and swirl it around the pan to coat all over, I used small pan for this
- Cook until there are some bubbles then turn and cook for less than a min. Cook on medium heat
- Serve with melted chocolate if you prefer
