Protein Banana Pancakes

Protein based pancakes, perfect start of the day, and if i say it has no added sugar, even more appealing right. These are very light and delicious

Ingredients: (makes 5-6)

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 4 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Chocolate to serve, optional

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Heat a pan, spray some cooking oil, pour over the batter about 2 tbsp and swirl it around the pan to coat all over, I used small pan for this
  • Cook until there are some bubbles then turn and cook for less than a min. Cook on medium heat
  • Serve with melted chocolate if you prefer
