
Ingredients:
- 150g sweet potato, cooked and cooled
- 100g tofu
- 150g chickpeas from tin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic granuals
- 1 tsp onion granuals
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Blend everything in a food processor to a corse texture
- Shape into sausage shape
- Freeze for 20-30 mins
- Then heat pan and spray some oil and cook for 5-6 mins each side on medium heat
