Veggie Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 150g sweet potato, cooked and cooled
  • 100g tofu
  • 150g chickpeas from tin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granuals
  • 1 tsp onion granuals
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Blend everything in a food processor to a corse texture
  • Shape into sausage shape
  • Freeze for 20-30 mins
  • Then heat pan and spray some oil and cook for 5-6 mins each side on medium heat
