Now biscoff is another spread great with toast, on cakes and cupcakes. I have used it in this recipe to making these sweet treats. Quick and easy to make. Very delicious of course. Sweet biscuity taste of biscoff goes well with cardamom and when topped with pistachios it tastes divine.

Ingredients:(5-6)
- 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 4 tbsp ground flour
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- Couple of pistachios for top
Method:
- Warm up biscoff spread in microwave for 30 secs
- Add other ingredients
- Mix and place in a tray to set
- Keep it in fridge for 30mins, then cut into prices and enjoy!
