Easy dip, including all vegetarian and plant based ingredients:

Ingredients: (serve 2)
- 40g plain firm tofu
- 200g passata
- 1 garlic clove
- Handful cashews, soaked in hot water for atleast 30mins
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground onion and garlic

Method:
- Put passata and garlic in a pan, cook on low heat for 5 mins add tofu(excess water squeezed) drained cashews and cook for another 5 mins
- Add salt pepper, ground onion and garlic cook for 2 mins
- Blend everything to a fine paste and serve with vegetable sticks or crackers
