Non Dairy Creamy Pasta

Nothing more appealing than quick easy healthy meal. This one is right up there. Creamy pasta made with all plant based ingredients, very delicious indeed.

You can actually enjoy creamy pasta without dairy products and it can be made healthy without the hassle.

Ingredients: (1 serving)

  • 100ml plant milk
  • 40g vegan cheese
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or vinegar off jalapeños jar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Boiled pasta
  • Salad of your choice

Method:

  • Either on a hob or in microwave, heat the milk, turn off the heat, add cheese, stir until it’s completely dissolved
  • Add vinegar, I used jalapeños jar vinegar I think it worked well, as added little heat too
  • Add salt pepper to taste, mix well
  • Add boiled pasta and salad, mix and enjoy x
