Vegan Flapjack Fingers

Flapjacks are my favourite they are buttery( with subs), sweet and very delicious. This recipe is vegan, as I can’t have dairy, I wanted to make this for a long time.

Yes it is little high on calories but no where close to real butter. I do have cheat days where I eat high calorie food, it keeps me motivated and happy to go on my weight loss journey. I have some so for with eating healthy food and lost all that extra pounds I gained with non balanced diet. Key is to enjoy everything carbs or sweets but in moderation, exercise regularly and enjoy your journey.
