Apple Cinnamon Oats Pancakes

Pancake for breakfast…oh yes, what a brilliant way to start and even more appealing if it’s low in sugar, healthier carbs and has fruits too…lol lovely right and it is exactly that.

Easy to make mix all the ingredients, cook as usual pancake, quick and simple. Very delicious and filling.

I have used rolled oats, you can swap it with oats flour or plain flour. Add more sugar if desire. Who would like to have a go at this ?

Ingredients: (makes 5-6)

🔘40g rolled oats
🔘1 tsp sugar
🔘1 egg
🔘2 tbsp milk
🔘1 tbsp milled flaxseed
🔘1 tsp cinnamon
🔘1/2 tsp ginger powder
🔘1/2 tsp baking powder
🔘pinch of salt

Method:

  • Mix everything in a bowl
  • Heat pan with some oil
  • Take a spoon full of mix, spread on pan, will need little flattening as I used rolled oats
  • Cook on medium heat, until bubbles appear on top, then fill and cook other side for 30-40secs
  • Serve hot with syrup and fruit
