Vegetables Fritters

Brilliant way to incorporate vegetables in your meal, healthy and tasty dish. I made them in breakfast, but can be eaten any time of the day. easy and simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 grated courgette
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp gram/plain flour
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 flaxmeal egg

Method:

  • Squeeze out the excess water of the veg, by squeezing in a kitchen towel
  • Mix rest of the ingredients
  • Heat pan with little oil
  • Spread spoonful of mix on the pan, cook one side for 5mins, flip and cook for another 4 mins
