Brilliant way to incorporate vegetables in your meal, healthy and tasty dish. I made them in breakfast, but can be eaten any time of the day. easy and simple to make.

Ingredients:
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated courgette
- 1 spring onion
- 1 green chilli
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp gram/plain flour
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 flaxmeal egg
Method:
- Squeeze out the excess water of the veg, by squeezing in a kitchen towel
- Mix rest of the ingredients
- Heat pan with little oil
- Spread spoonful of mix on the pan, cook one side for 5mins, flip and cook for another 4 mins
