Cauliflower Tikka(vegan)

I always wanted to try cauliflower this way, I wasn’t disappointed at all. It turned out great and delicious, I would be eating cauliflower this way all the time…lol I rubbed the potatoes in same spices, they trained into yummy masala fries.

It’s very easy to make, why not try it out yourself x

Ingredients: (serve 1)

  • Cauliflower middle peice
  • Spray oil
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp chicken tikka masala/garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • lemon juice

Method:

  • Cut cauliflower length wise
  • Take one piece spray oil on both sides
  • Mix coriander powder, chilli, masala in a bowl
  • Spread masala on both sides evenly
  • Bake for 10-15 mins at 180’c or you can cook in a pan, on a low heat with lid on for 5-7 mins each side.
