

Ingredients: (7-8)
- 80g Gram flour
- 2 tbsp cornmeal flour
- 1 big potato
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 green chillis
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- 200g broccoli, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves, optional
Method:
- Pierce potato and cook in microwave for 2 mins, then slice in small pieces
- In a bowl, add gram flour, cornmeal, all the spices, mix well
- Add all the vegs mix with hand, add little water to bind, just add little water at a time, mix should be dry ish and should come together when you press the small amount in between your palms
- You can either deep fry them or pan fry them. I pan fried them, spray little oil on pan, cook one side 5-6mins on low heat then flip and cook for 5-6 mins on other side
- Enjoy with salsa, ketchup or sauce of your choice x
