Easy delicious snack idea, or stater very yummy and super easy to make. Happens to be vegans and egg less and vegetarian.

Ingredients:
▪️5-6 cauliflower florets
▪️1 tbsp semolina
▪️1 grated garlic and 1 cm ginger
▪️1 tbsp tandoori masala
▪️2 tbsp plant yogurt
Method:
▪️mix all the ingredients other than cauliflower, coat cauliflower in the paste
▪️heat a pan with oil, fry cauliflower 2-3 mins each side keep turning for all round crispiness
