Now I woke up with an idea, yes and it sounded great in my head…hehe but I am happy that it did taste good for real as well lol. Vanilla sponge outside with chocolaty centre…emmmm yum yum. Kind of those Cadbury smiley faces, but they have so many calories…these are healthier version.

Ingredients:(makes 4-5)
- 50 g oat flour
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp of cocoa
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter (optional)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients expect cocoa
- Take out about 2 tbsp mix in separate bowl, add cocoa, if needed little milk if it’s too think, but it needs to be little thickish
- Heat a pan with spray oil/or normal oil of your choice, add a tbsp of oats mix, in the middle add a small spoon of chocolate mix then 1 tbsp of oats mix on the top
- When mix starts to have bubbles on top flip and cook for a min
- Enjoy with maple syrup, peanut butter or on its own
Note:
You can add some sugar if you prefer.
