One of my must have thing in the fridge ready to go with almost anything, you can add it to rice, dal, chicken, sandwiches, fruit salad or with any veg to add little bit of spice to the meal. It very easy to make and only need couple of things.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coriander
- 1/4 mint leaves
- 5-6 green chillis (add more or less according to preference)
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients to fine paste in a blender
- Add salt as required
