Sprouted Moong Dal Bhel

Bhel is very popular Indian street food, I have grown up eating this whilst out and about on streets of India. This recipe includes sprouted moong dal, which is very nutritious.

To sprout moong dal you need, moong dal soaked for at least 2 days, changing water once. Then hang it in a muslin cloth or any think cloth and keep keep spraying water to keep it moist. It takes about 3-4 days for dal to sprout. Take it off wash and store in fridge it will last for a week.
