Spicy Bean Burgers

A very simple, easy recipe of Spicy Bean Burgers, for that hit of spiciness and warm ness in autumn season. Just add all ingredients in a food processor, shape and bake that’s it, sounds good right. Main ingredients is beans from a tin, how easy that is lol.

In cold and rainy weather, atleast here in UK, a hot and spicy burgers are life savers lol. My passion of trying new things and coming up with something that is healthy and delicious as well as simple to make, has come up with these burgers. I always have tin of beans and chickpeas in house for those unplanned days when you don’t get time to cook. They come very handy at those times.

You can keep these burgers ready in your refrigerator to be baked later, especially when you are planing to have people over, keep these in fridge to be cooked later ready saves lots of time. It’s also freezer friendly so make in big badges and freeze for “rainy days” hehe.

They are crispy on the outside and soft inside, great with pitta, buns or salad, really goes well with hot sauce, mayo and tamarind sauce.

Ingredients: (makes 4)

  • 400g mixed salad beans from tin
  • 1 red onion
