Super goey rich dark chocolate cake, my ultimate cake recipes with healthy ingredients. This cake are made with dark chocolate, almond butter and oats flour. Healthy swaps so that you can still enjoy the deserts without causing damage to your body, isn’t that great.

This cake is super moist and rich, such a rich chocolatey flavour, because made with dark chocolate. I am fan of dark chocolate so like to use it. But it can be made with milk chocolate as well.

I was thinking to bake something chocolatey and Great British Bake Off this week inspired me to make them sooner. This week’s theme was chocolate my favourite of course. Loved all the different variations of brownies on the show. I am about to try a healthy version of traditional brownie too soon.
As much as they are rich and celebratory cakes are very simple to make, just need to get the balance of the ingredients right and cook it for a right time.
I love baking and this is something I am good at, People always complement my baking and they always find my bakes delicious hehe. I have not bought cakes etc from shop for a very long time. I have even started making all the birthday cakes for my family now too, I am getting better at decorating them as well lol.


Ingredients: (makes 8 pieces)
- 80g dark chocolate, melted
- 30g oats flour/plan flour/or any other
- 30g sugar
- 30g almond butter
- 1tsp of instant coffee diluted in 1tbsp of milk
- 1 egg
- Handful of chocolate chips for the top
Method:
- Set the oven on 180’c
- Melt the chocolate in microwave, let it cool a little
- Mix everything in a bowl
- Pour in cm tin
- Spread some chocolate chips if you like
- Bake for 15-20mins
- Until the mix is just baked. Keep an eye as if it’s over baked it will be cakey and not brownie goey.
