Gluten free, healthier pizza base recipe without refined flour subs. naturally gluten free cornmeal and quinoa, are the healthier subs for regular pizza base. It’s healthier and taste great too.


As much as I love eating regular pizza, and it taste amazing however I don’t feel great after eating refined flour, but this recipe is guilt free and just about the right taste too.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp cornmeal flour
- 2 tbsp quinoa cooked
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp onion granuals
- 1/2 cup water
- Toppings of your choice
- Vegan cheese
Method:
- Add cornmeal, quinoa, onion granuals add salt, mix all the ingredients. Add half of the water mix if you need more add more water, need a think paste which is easy to shape
- On a Greece proof paper spread the base mix in a desired shape then add sauces and topping and cheese of your choice
- Bake in preheated over for 10-12 mins on 200’c on top shelve
