Ginger and Honey Salmon

Love salmon and this honey and ginger flavour is awesome. Very quick absolutely no prep. I had it with cauliflower rice but it goes well with salad and rice too. Check out the recipe below x

Ingredients:

  • 2 fillet of salmon, about 400g
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt

Ingredients:

  • Mix all the ingredients, rub over salmon ingredients
  • Pan fry on low heat for 4-5 mins both sides
  • Serve hot
