Love salmon and this honey and ginger flavour is awesome. Very quick absolutely no prep. I had it with cauliflower rice but it goes well with salad and rice too. Check out the recipe below x

Ingredients:
- 2 fillet of salmon, about 400g
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt
Ingredients:
- Mix all the ingredients, rub over salmon ingredients
- Pan fry on low heat for 4-5 mins both sides
- Serve hot
